Sponsorship Prospectus
The sponsorship opportunities are divided into platinum sponsors, gold sponsors, silver sponsors and bronze sponsors, according to the amount of sponsorship. The sponsors will have exposure at appropriate conference activities, in the event programs and booths. In addition, there are also special sponsorship opportunities for drinks and gifts. Terms and Conditions
Sponsorship will be allocated in accordance with the Organizing Committee Guidelines and Policy.
Sponsorship will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, once EOI forms are received and approved by the Organizing Committee Sponsorship Committee, booking form completed and 50% payment received.
Preference will be given to member companies and the final decision resides with the Organizing Committee.
Requests for cancellation must be submitted and send it to email. If cancellation is accepted, 50% of the contracted cost to exhibit/sponsor will be retained. If cancellation occurs within 2 months of the commencement of the conference, 100% of the contracted cost to exhibit/ sponsor will be retained.
