CAB152EL2 battery pack is a powertrain product developed by FAW independently which applied to high-end passenger cars. CAB152EL2 battery pack employees prismatic cell, VDA battery module, distributed battery management system, liquid cooling battery thermal management system, non-metallic material battery cover, light-weight battery tray. Its energy density is 145Wh/kg, peak discharge power is 242kw. The powertrain achieves first-class domestic and international advanced technology level.
Three-in-one E-drive System Show
Three-in-one E-drive System is a powertrain product developed by FAW independently which applied to passenger vehicles. The motor system weights 52.5kg and the E-drive system weights 85kg. The system is of high power density, which is industry-leading under the same dimension condition. For the three in one product, motor, inverter and retarder are assembled in axial direction, which was first proposed domestically and has advantages of lightweight, low volume, miniaturization and high flexibility for the arrangement of the automobile. The E-drive system can reach peak torque of 320Nm, peak power of 140kW, cover a wide range of speed and last long time of 30s.

CA4GC20TD engine +CA5CH350H hybrid transmission is a powertrain product developed by FAW independently which applied to high-end passenger cars. CA4GC20TD engine employes gasoline direct injection and turbo-charged intercooling technology, as well as dual VCT-i technology, and has OBD-II diagnosis function. Its fuel consumption is 10% lower than port injection supercharged engine.CA5CH350H hybrid transmission is the first hybrid transmission in china, which uses P2 configuration, wet clutch, electronic control hydraulic shift and dual pumps coupling system. The powertrain achieves first-class domestic and international advanced technology level.
